A: Our warranty is 1 year, in the warranty time, you can send us the photos or videos if there are any problem, we will send you replacements for the next deal.
Q: What’s your Lead time?
A: Usually we have stocks for common strappings, we can deliver them at once if you order common strappings with small quantity. For larger quantity or unusual strappings, our producing time is 3-20 days, the exact date is subject to your order quantity.
Q: What package do you offer?
A: Strappings put into cartons directly, then cartons packed by straps, then cartons loaded onto pallet, pallet is fixed by straps and wrapped by stretch films.
Q: How about your production capacity per month?
